Cancellation
and No Show Policies : must inform to us within 14 days
prior to arriver date, otherwise no refund in any case.

maintain our environment purpose, all guests are not allowed
to bring any food, beverage into the resort ( very strictly).

All room rates are net quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge.
Mentioned room rates are not applicable during Thai long weekends and public holidays
Rates during long weekend and public holiday will be charge the same rates as Friday and Saturday rates.
No pet allowed in the resort area or otherwise will be charge 2,000.-Baht/day.
Child Policy :
No charge for child aged under 4 sharing room with adults and child between 4-10 years old will be charge 350.-Baht/person/night.
For your information : When travelling overland to your booked accommodation on an island without its own airport, make sure that boat and train schedules match with each other. If you travel overland by own car, it is very important to arrive at the boat pier in time in order to catch the boat. Various islands offer limited boat transfer from and to the mainland, especially when traveling in the early morning / late evening. It is highly recommendable to add extra time to your planned travel plan.
